I saw this movie a long time ago. Can't remember what it was called. But I remember it was in the 80's and there was a gang of mutants. The leader had another on a chain and he acted like a dog. It was wierd. they were like monsters or mutants. Can't remember. HELP!

I remember in The Road Warrior that the Leader Kept one of his cronies on a leash for awhile but I don't think that's the one you're looking for. Right time period though.

I remember that it was based in present day, "80's". And they looked like punk rockers. i.e. leather jackets. Something about the leader mutant letting the one on the leash into some old guys mansion to kill him or something but I really can't remember much more. thanks
