Default Have been looking for it forever!

I've been looking for this movie for awhile, I only saw it once when I was a little girl and remember one scene, but very vividly. Would appreciate any help.

The scene goes like this:

There are several people standing on an elevator, the scene focuses on a little girl and she's teaching her doll to say "mommy." Suddenly the elevator breaks down and the people in the elevator manage to get the doors open. They start helping people get out and the little girl gets pulled out right before the elevator drops. She drops her doll and her parents and several other people get left behind. The elevator drops and kills everyone in it. With blood splattered all over the doll and the walls, the doll sits up and says "Mommy."
