Default Looking for the title - it's a long shot

This movie is very obscure, and I doubt anybody will know it but I will try anyway. I can only remember a little about it, and that is that it had to do with some intense form of video game. Players would play each other in large machine-like chairs that would rotate around and the controls were mounted on the arm rests. To play was to gamble, as the loser was cuffed to the chair and a blue liquid (this is a key element) was extracted from their bodies and collected in vials. This liquid was only obtainable through this extraction procedure, though many people "searched their veins" for it. It was an addicting substance, as it was some sort of "life force" or something of that nature. When it was removed from you too many times you began to look aged. One man who looked to be about 100, who frequented the gaming parlor, was actually 24. The end of the movie pitted a child against a gaming veteran in a multi-round game for reasons I can't remember. The man lost in the round in which the game was skiing. He flew off a cliff. That's all I can remember, thanks.
