Default Lady gets her arms and legs cut off

Does anyone know this movie? I think it was made in early 2000's or late 1990's. A lady goes over to her neighbor's house. He has been obsessed with her for some time. He is also a medical doctor. Something happens and she gets her leg hurt and he ends up amputating it and keeping her at his house during her recovery.

As she gets better, her realizes she will leave him so he cuts off her other leg. Then he cuts off her arms. He keeps her perched on a chair and she can't get away or do anything. As stupid as it sounds, it was so creepy that it was actually scary.

The acting is terrible and the whole feel is campy. Can anyone help me rememeber this film's title?

Thanks

I think you're talking about a film made in the early 90's called Boxing Helena which Kim Basinger was once up for the role but left her contract thereby getting sued for doing so. Good move on her part I think since the movie itself was terrible.

Boxing Helena (1993)

That was it. Good move on Kim Basingers part to pass on it.

I only liked one part of the film. That was when this song from Engima started playing. I love it. So soooooothing for the soul.
