Older horror film...
It was about a hotel that had a 13th floor but it was sealed up and elevators skipped it. From outside the building you could see a gap where the 13th floor should be but there are no windows. What you learned later was that there was a serial killer living on that floor and that the hotel staff were the only ones that knew about it and were sending some people up onto the floor to be killed. Someone ends up finding out about it and thats what the bulk of the movie was about. If anyone knows the movie I'd greatly appreciate it.
