Some movie from late 80's Id say
Ok, I remember this movie as a kid. It involves some dude in a mysterious car, with a spiked bumper on the front. he Runs down a family in an RV and takes off, and they like pull in at this home/garage or something. anyway, after someone goes in to use the phone for help and doesnt comin back, they proceed to go in one at a time. inside there ends up being all this crazy torture/experiment stuff goin on, and in the end only the young girl survives i think.
