Oh that's nice I never thought that there is a movie adaptation of Blood: The Last Vampire...I am wondering who is the man that act as Haji in this film...can anyone told me who is that guy and pls. post a picture of him....

I suppose with those films it is distilled enough to work well. Another great example of this is 'The Returner'. See it if you haven't already, its terrific.

I love the animation version and the dark and sad atmosphere along the anime. I hope the movie can keep the atmosphere.

I don't think Japanese SFX is too cheesy. To be honest, I think it's still better than the American ones.
