Ah that's right. Her claim to fame was Speed back in '94 I believe. She was 28 then I think so would be just a young little pup in that t.v. movie I guess.

Anybody still watching this? I'm still not sure if I'm going to keep watching it or not, so far I'm not overly impressed, I just finished last nights ep, and I just think it needs something, not sure what though. Maybe some kind of super villain or something.

So far I still like it.
You're right, they do need something though, but I figure being brand new it will get better with time.

I've seen the new character who played the new version of Bionic Woman
and all I can say is she is stunning, I like her blue eyes.

I finally managed to watch it last night and I have to say it didn't excite me, didn't interest me and was on the whole awful.
Sorry guys, but in my own opinion it isn't very good. Still, now I've seen it.
Its a shame really, cos these days you would think they'd have the resources to do some amazing things with resurrected TV shows.
'Doctor Who' worked tremendously well, whereas 'Team Knight Rider' for example fell flat on its' face. Yes, 'Team Knight Rider', it still annoys me that they screwed Knight Rider up so bad that time - it annoys me!

I was wondering what would be the story.. are they going to based
it on the old Bionic Woman or they will remake it but with a new story.

Maybe this will help the show, because after Wednesdays episode I'm really struggling to watch this.

Bionic Gets New Runner

Jason Cahill (The Sopranos) is coming on board NBC's Bionic Woman as show runner, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He steps in for Jason Katims (Roswell), who has been pulling double duty running Bionic and Friday Night Lights since joining the former as a consultant in early September, the trade paper reported.

Cahill joins executive producers Jason Smilovic and David Eick (SCI FI Channel's Battlestar Galactica).

Bionic Woman stars Michelle Ryan as Jaime Sommers, a young woman who acquires superhuman abilities when she is enhanced with bionic replacement parts.

The show has gone through a series of behind-the-scenes changes, including the departures of executive producers Glen Morgan and Michael Dinner, who directed the pilot.

I aim to catch up on it this weekend hopefully. I still have only watched 3/4 of the first show.

I've watched parts of a couple episodes. I'd give it a 6/10 right now. Isaiah Washington has been a good addition though. They just need someone else on the show. Someone to create some tension. I guess maybe they're trying for that with the FBI guy or whatever he is from the last episode.
