Well, sure its not the same as House but that doesn't make it any less enjoyable, its much more of a serial drama than House is, so you're better off starting at the beginning of the show. I've seen every episode so I know where someone is coming from most times when they react a certain way. House is to a much lesser degree a serial drama in the aspect that we get plenty of development on the House character but not so much with everyone else. They go case by case on House and typically that's not the case on Gray's Anatomy. Truly though House may very well be the better overall show but I also enjoy Gray's Anatomy very much. But if you're going to compare every doctor show to House you may always be disappointed, because let's face it there's only one House, ands that's the way it should be. :D
