Oh my gosh. That's one of my goals for the summer. It's the only one I haven't worked on. Well, I play tennis occasionally but that's not really a "work out." Kind of.
I only do daily stretching exercises after waking up. I don't have enough time for the real stuff.
But they're enough to give me muscles.

I don't exercise either, I don't have enough time to do that, But I'm planning to go to gym next month it was my doctor's prescription, I'm getting bigger and bigger that's why...need to lost weight..
