Saturday (Shoulders and Triceps)
Sunday (Off day)
Monday (Arms, forearms and legs)
Tuesday (Off day)
Wednesday (Chest and Triceps)
Thursday (Off Day)
Friday (Back and Legs)
Though I have this major pain in my left arm lately that is preventing me from doing back rows of any kind. Really bothering me as it's been like this for awhile now.
