It depends on the company you use. How they charge. What all you add to it. Space, then bandwidth. They should have a starter kit, but if you want to add extra bandwidth, storage, so members can upload, etc . . . you have to do extra yearly fees. You can also, depending on what site you use, have a limited amount of hits per month. I doubt a board like this, has that on it. Then, depending on the company, you may need a server. I know of two boards, where they use a friend's server. Then another, where he has his own server, so he runs his own board, as well as a few other boards, for his friends. I've only ever made them, straight from a company that the server was a part of it. I've never ran a PHP board, and they do take a lot more work to create, and run. You also have to have your own server. At least the other's that I know of do. The boards that I spoke of up there. They are all PHP boards. You could probably price all of this, fairly easy, on-line.
