I've been meaning to pick that up, what a story huh? I think he won some kind of book award for that fabricated story too.

He spent about 17 months in jail and of course had to pay the book publisher, MacGraw-Hill, back the money they'd advanced him. He did write a book called The Hoax, based on the scam. Don't know if he won any awards, though.

Default B. Reynolds flick

I just finished watching an older movie from 1995 titled "The Maddening" that starred Burt Reynolds & Angie Dickinson. Not nessesarily my type of movie but it was interesting enough to finish. Playing a bad guy or a good guy, I have always enjoyed watching Burt Reynolds at work.

The Getaway not the original, but the remake with Baldwin and Basinger. Good action movie. 7/10
