I'm not sure if this has been posted already but anyway, here goes mine:

1) Shakespeare in Love
2) Romeo and Juliet
3) Sleepless in Seattle
4) Forget Paris
5) Casablanca

I'm so bad at trying to think of certain movies for top lists... they just always elude me.. anyhow, here's a list of IMDb's top Romance movies:
