First right click and save my tiny square pic to your desktop.
Now go to your profile on top of your home page. Click on that. In the control panel to the left of your screen, click on edit avatar. Then drop down to the middle of the page and you'll see: "Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer"
click the browse button till you spot the pic on your desktop. Then once you spot it, click on that pic and hit save changes at the bottom of the page then voila. You have blue dude as your Avatar.

I think that pic you posted is over the 80 x 80 limit. This might work better.

Helgi is a man's name! Helga or Heidi is a girl's name! Helgi was a hero in an epic which I once read, but have forgotten. Tolkien had read it, I've heard, before writing his books.
