Default Other Complex movies?

Personally, I'm one for movies with a complex story. One that requires you too watch it several times before you even begin to understand it. Movies I've seen like this are:

"Stay" - 2005 with Ryan Gosling, Ewan McGregor and Naomi Watts.
"Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" - 2004 with Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet.

Those are my "top" two movies. Other's I've seen are "Dead Poet's Society", "Closer", "Derailed", "se7en". Some of those aren't so complex as "Stay" and "ESotSM". Does anybody have some good recommendations for films that fit into this "complex" genre? And what can I call this genre? They list these movies as "Drama", "Mystery", "Thriller"... but a soap opera is also a drama and sherlock holmes is also a mystery and final destination (series) is also a thriller... but they lack similarties with these movies that are seemingly more complex and full of symbolism.

Any suggestions?

Lucky number Slevis is defnitely complicated, I would also recommend The Illusionist. With Memento I would watch it twice and then watch it again in the correct order (only possible with the 2 disc se edition).

Not me, I don't seem to have the attention span for complex movies. I absolutely hated Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. But that is just me. I'm drawing a blank for other movies like this.
