Hey lucky you there Ford.

I enjoyed most of those films except Phantom of the Opera which I have never watched. Transporter 2 was ok but the first was much better and the cgi's were terrible in the second one. Also the plane crash in the Transporter 2 film I found ridiculously absurd.

Yeah, I thought the first one was great, but the second one was awful. I just didn't like any of the other films in that group that I had to choose from. The same goes for "The Phantom of the Opera", I've never seen it either but if I'm ever desperate for a movie, I'll have that.

What was the crappiest from the group?

Commando: The Director's Cut.

Always been a huge fan of Commando. One of the top 5 best action films ever made. The director's cut offers slightly more violence - a combined 1 minutes worth at the most, but also some very good personal scenes with Matrix talking to Cindy about his daughter and the circumstances around him and what he used to do.
Glad I bought it - makes a great film even greater!

I'll let you decide. I had to pick one from each of the five groups.

Group 1:
The Guardian, Pearl Harbor, Invincible, Chicken Little

Group 2:
The Corpse Bride, Phantom of the Opera, Blazing Saddles

Group 3:
Stealth, Resident Evil 2, Underworld Evolution, Stir of Echoes

Group 4:
The Italian Job, Black Rain, Babel, The Devil's Rejects

Group 5:
Kiss of the Dragon, Omen 666, The Transporter 2, Species, Hart's War, The Last Waltz

I already have Invincible, Resident Evil 2, Underworld Evolution and Species on dvd, so I didn't feel the need to upgrade those, even for free.

If I could have chosen any 5, it would have been Pearl Harbor, The Italian Job, Babel, Black Rain and Invincible (contrary to what I just said, because it's a favorite of mine, but I wanted Pearl Harbor above it).

I've been wanting to get that Commando dvd too, but I'm gonna wait for it to show up on blu ray.

LOL! I love that flick!

Matrix: [holds Sully upside-down over a cliff by his leg] Listen, loyalty is very touching. But it is not the most important thing in your life right now! But what IS important is gravity! I have to remind you Sully, this is my weak arm!
Sully: You can't kill me Matrix! You need me to find your daughter!
Matrix: Where is she?
Sully: I don't know. But Cooke knows, I'll take you to where I meet him!
Matrix: But you won't.
Sully: Why is this?
Matrix: [holds the hotel key he stole from Sully that Cooke is staying at] Because I already know. Hey, Sully, remember when I said I would kill you last?
Sully: That's right, Matrix! You did!
Matrix: I lied.
[Matrix releases Sully, who falls to his demise]

Classic Arnie!

He really should have made a sequel to that about ten years ago.

Mmm ok. Chicken Little I'd say is the worst of this list.
My Pick: Pearl Harbor

Phantom of the Opera gets the boot in this one.
My Pick: The Corpse Bride

Quote:

Stealth, Resident Evil 2, Underworld Evolution, Stir of Echoes
This is a tougher one but I'd let Underworld Evolution go in this group.
My Pick: Stir of Echoes

The Italian Job, Black Rain, Babel, The Devil's Rejects
I own The Devil's Rejects but I don't like it very much sooooo....it's gone.
My Pick:The Italian Job (if this is the remake of course)

I almost picked up Black Rain not too long ago. This is a very good film yes?

Group 5:
Kiss of the Dragon, Omen 666, The Transporter 2, Species, Hart's War, The Last Waltz
Never seen the last two in this group.
My Pick: Kiss Of The Dragon. I enjoyed Omen 666 too.

Actually, it's been years since I've seen "Black Rain" and only remember one scene from it. That, and the cover of the video with Michael Douglass looking ridiculous in his motorcycle helmet. To this day whenever I see someone with a ginormous helmet on I have to say "Black Rain".
