In my country, there are many campaigns to stop drugs (including drugs razias in many places), but you know what? No matter how strong the voices to support the campaigns, the drugs issues are still everywhere.
It is just my theory, but I think drugs distribution and production are not the things that should be prevented. The main problem is the thing that should be handled at first. All of drugs addictions problems are started by frustation and hopeless feeling. These people want to runaway from all their troubles, so drugs are the solution. These could be anyone. So the thing we should do about stopping these drugs issues is helping ourselves and other people around us to deal with these negative feelings better. If everyone can do that, there would be no such things like drugs.
