Uhm, it's hard to make a list of 10 actresses, or actors for that matter, cos I pay more attention to the story and such, so.. I tend to 'forget' who act in the film. Also I depends on genre.. IMO. I enjoy the work of Audrey Tautou and Scarlett Johansson.

Yea, there u go.

I have to agree with you there. I tend to most times let the film and story eclipse the actors - wether they are good or bad - and I do have my favourites, but with certain I avoid their films on purpose...

I have favourite actresses for different reasons:

Milla Jovovich because of the fun and energy she brings to arole.
Michelle Pfieffer because of her ability to play anything so convincingly from comedy to drama and also eccentric roles. Still no Oscar?
Monica Bellucci because shes a fine, emotional actress very reminiscent of the golden cinema age of Europe and looks like a real woman...not a stick (you listening Kiera?).

So, heaps of reasons affect the choices. Sorry, JGrand07, I guess someone has yet to answer your thread properly!
