Hi, I saw a movie, mid 90's i'm sure, about a guy who builds a room in the attic of a house, he lives there unbeknown to the family downstairs & he ventures down into their house while they are out etc. i'm sure it gets creepy @ some stage & i remember the room he built for himself in the attic had a window. i really need to know the name of this flick & any help would be appreciated, cheers.
